吹灰管道系統(tǒng)
吹灰管道系統(tǒng)是鍋爐吹灰系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分之一。吹灰管道的合理設計,體現(xiàn)在與吹灰器連接件的合理協(xié)調(diào),其溫度、壓力取樣等信號向吹灰程控柜的準確傳遞及反饋,使吹灰器、吹灰程控、吹灰管道三套子系統(tǒng)組成一個有機整體,從而達到最佳吹灰效果。這對于鍋爐安全.經(jīng)濟和長期可靠的運行具有重要意義。

The reasonable design of the soot blowing pipeline is reflected in the reasonable coordination with the connecting parts of the soot blower, and the accurate transmission and feedback of temperature and pressure sampling signals to the soot blowing program control cabinet, so that the three subsystems of the soot blower, soot blowing program control, and soot blowing pipeline form an organic whole, thereby achieving the best soot blowing effect. 吹灰管道系統(tǒng)通常是指從鍋爐吹灰汽源出口開始至每臺吹灰器和管道下部疏水閥之間的全部閥門、設備、管道及附件。通常包括:主、輔汽源電動截止閥。減壓閥、安全閥、疏水閥、壓力、溫度、流量測量裝置(選用)、管道固定、導向、支吊裝置等。
The soot blowing pipeline system usually refers to all valves, equipment, pipelines, and accessories from the outlet of the boiler's soot blowing steam source to the drain valve at the bottom of each soot blower and pipeline. Usually includes: electric shut-off valves for main and auxiliary steam sources. Pressure reducing valve, safety valve, drain valve, pressure, temperature, flow measurement device (optional), pipeline fixation, guidance, support and lifting device, etc.

通常情況下,大型電站鍋爐用參數(shù)較高的過熱器出口汽源,經(jīng)減壓站減壓后作為吹灰介質(zhì)。由于回轉式空氣預熱器要求吹灰介質(zhì)有較高的過熱度,因此根據(jù)鍋爐情況不同,配置一套或兩套減壓站。
